General

• Age requirement: we only tattoo clients who are 18 years or older. 

• Consent form: for your first session, we’ll ask you to sign a consent form. 

• Deposit: a non-refundable deposit is required for each project. This deposit remains valid for future sessions and will be deducted from the total amount during the final session. 

• Cancellations: if you need to cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 7 days in advance via email to keep your deposit. 

• Running late: if your running late, please inform us as soon as possioble. 

• Punctuality: we ask that you arrive on time, but no more then 10 to 15 minutes early. We use the time prior to your session to carefully prepare everything to ensure your session goes smoothly. 

• No-show policy: of you miss your appointment without notifying us, we unfortunately have to retain the deposit. We hope this doesn’t happen, as we value our collaboration. 

• Liability: while we strive to provide the highest quality and care, we ask that you acknowledge the risks associated with getting a tattoo. 

• Alcohol and Drugs: We trust that you won’t consume alcohol or drugs before of during your appointment. This is crucial for your safety and the quality of our work. 

• A minimum fee applies to all tattoo touch-ups. The rate varies per artist, ask your artist for the minimal rate. This covers, materials, artist time, and studio costs. 

 

 

Drawing appointment 

• We kindly request that you do not take pictures of the design during the drawing appointment. 

• Please refrain form brining anyone to the drawing appointment or tattoo sessions. The Art Studio is a dedicated to focussing on your project with utmost care and professionalism. Non-tattooed individuals will be asked to wait outside the studio.

Tattoo appointment 

• Start moisturizing and caring for your skin with body lotion two weeks prior to the appointment. 

• Avoid using skincare products on your skin on the morning of your appointment and the day before. 

• Refrain from sunbathing or using tanning beds for at least four weeks prior to your appointment.

• Shave the tattoo area in the morning before the appointment, ensuring caution to avoid injuries. 

• Ensure you have eaten enough before the appointment and bring snacks for breaks. 

• Feel free to bring your own music device (with headphones or earphones), or iPad for entertainment during the session.

• Payment for each session must be made in cash afterwards. 

• To ensure the best possible healing, we offer professional aftercare product in our studio. 

• Immediately after your session, we apply Second Skin to protect your tattoo during the initial healing phase.
