For a smooth experience
General
• We do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18.
• A consent form must be signed prior to the first session.
• A non-refundable deposit is required for each specific project.
• The deposit remains valid for future sessions, and it will be deducted from the total amount in the final session.
• If you are unable to attend the appointment, please cancel at least 7 days in advance via email to retain the deposit.
• If you are running late for the appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.
• Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in the expiry of your deposit and the inability to continue working together.
• We are not liable for any damages, and you acknowledge the risks associated with tattooing.
Drawing Appointment
• We kindly request that you do not take pictures during the drawing appointment.
• Please refrain from bringing anyone to the drawing appointment or tattoo sessions. The Art Studio is dedicated to focusing on your project with utmost care and professionalism. Non-tattooed individuals will be asked to wait outside the studio.
Tattoo appointment
• Start moisturizing and caring for your skin with body lotion two weeks prior to the tattoo appointment.
• Avoid using skincare products on your skin on the morning of your appointment and the day before.
• Refrain from sunbathing or using tanning beds for at least four weeks prior to your appointment.
• Shave the tattoo area in the morning before the appointment, ensuring caution to avoid injuries.
• Ensure you have eaten enough before the appointment and bring snacks for breaks.
• Feel free to bring your own music device (with headphones or earphones), or iPad for entertainment during the session.
• Payment for each session must be made in cash afterwards.
• It is recommended to have Bepanthen ointment at home for aftercare preparation.
